NesSys: a new set of tools for the automated detection of nuclei within intact tissues and dense 3D cultures

We provide a user-friendly 3D editing tool to rapidly correct segmentation errors. We test our method alongside other previously-published user-friendly methods, with focus on mid-gestation embryos, 3D cultures of pluripotent stem cells and pluripotent stem cell-derived neural rosettes.
