Identifying Extrinsic versus Intrinsic Drivers of Variation in Cell Behavior in Human iPSC Lines from Healthy Donors

Cellular phenotyping of 115 human induced pluripotent stem cell lines from 67 donors within the framework of the HipSci project. Cells are plated sparsely, 3000 per 96 well for 24 hours on wells coated with three diverse concentrations of Fibronectin. This screen is an extension of a previous screen and includes all data from idr0034.
