To filter rows you can use a query based on named columns.
For example, to filter for rows where Cell_ID
is greater than 98 add
?query=Cell_ID>98
to the URL.
For a more complex example, try
?query=(Cell_ID>98)&(Cell_ID<99)
Query "(Cell_ID>97)&(Cell_ID<100)" returned
2/137 rows.
