To filter rows you can use a query based on named columns.
For example, to filter for rows where Cell_ID
is greater than 90 add
?query=Cell_ID>90
to the URL.
For a more complex example, try
?query=(Cell_ID>90)&(Cell_ID<91)
Query "(Cell_ID>89)&(Cell_ID<92)" returned
2/137 rows.
