To filter rows you can use a query based on named columns.
For example, to filter for rows where Cell_ID
is greater than 29 add
?query=Cell_ID>29
to the URL.
For a more complex example, try
?query=(Cell_ID>29)&(Cell_ID<30)
Query "(Cell_ID>28)&(Cell_ID<31)" returned
2/137 rows.
